  • Main lobby: Originally built in the 1950's to house a television production set, we inserted two massive curved walls into the space to create a conference room, hallway and lounge.  This strategy was co-designed with Brad Brown of Brown Architecture, and shown here in a pre-construction rendering.

Overview
Located in a previously unused building in downtown Charleston, South Carolina, FS2 serves as a hub for innovative startups and established businesses in the technology, creative and service fields. The project is an expansion of the original Flagship incubator offices, also designed by Jacob Lindsey in 2009 and located adjacent to FS2.
