Adaptive Reuse
Main lobby: Originally built in the 1950's to house a television production set, we inserted two massive curved walls into the space to create a conference room, hallway and lounge. This strategy was co-designed with Brad Brown of Brown Architecture, and shown here in a pre-construction rendering.
