  • The Flagship Fabric UDO was commissioned in 2009 to convert this former retail store, located in downtown Charleston, SC, into a co-working office. Built on under budget and on schedule, with bespoke furniture and wayfinding graphics.     2011 Interior Design, Graphic Design, Architecture

  • Union Pier Master Plan Undertaken as a response to plans for redevelopment of Charleston, South Carolina's waterfront, this project calls for an urban environment in keeping with Charleston's scale and density. Using canals and constructed wetland to connect the city to the sea, we imagine a new district with public waterfront access, new parks and civic sites for public buildings.     2011 Urbanism, Landscape Design
  • Mixson Courtyard This courtyard design unites a series of multfamily and single family dwellings. Built from stone and formed concrete, we worked to create a place that would be beautiful and last for generations. The courtyard is planned around an existing grand oak tree.     2011 Landscape Design, Urbanism
  • 3Streets This mixed-use master plan envisioned a dense redevelopment of 2 derelict blocks in downtown Charleston. Incorporating a "big box" store, residential courtyards and hidden parking structures, the project also preserved a number of historic structures on the site.     2011 Urbanism, Architecture, Landscape Design
  • Irish Hill Competition For this competition entry, we proposed to redevelop a derelict site over many years by first growing trees, then harvesting them as building material. We also proposed a highly limited building footprint in order to preserve agriculture on the site.     2011 Urbanism, Landscape Design
